Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join a dynamic and growing team in Omaha. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client relationships. You’ll conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver presentations, and help customers find solutions that match their home improvement needs. Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

The base salary range for this position is $55,000–$65,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
