WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
The Operational Branch Manager role is dynamic and fast-paced, focusing on meeting customer expectations. This position oversees all operational teams—including warehouse, transportation, and sales—to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and maximum customer satisfaction. The role centers on executing a strategy tailored to the local market, driving growth, improving financial performance, and enhancing operational efficiency.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage daily branch operations and lead cross-functional teams.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving across departments.
- Support warehouse functions and tasks as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure success and efficiency.
- Oversee branch financials, ensuring profitability and meeting budgetary goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any challenges that arise.
- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives and contribute to market expansion efforts.
- Regularly review and manage inventory levels of stocked items.
- Participate in leadership meetings monthly.
