Job Description
We are currently seeking an Oncology Nurse Clinician on a direct hire basis. As part of our multidisciplinary oncology team, you’ll play an essential role in coordinating and delivering high-quality care to cancer patients across outpatient and clinical settings. You’ll collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure seamless care throughout each patient’s treatment journey
Responsibilities:
- Providing safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult oncology patients in outpatient and infusion settings.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring outcomes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Managing complex patient needs, including treatment-related side effects and oncologic emergencies.
- Educating and supporting patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and survivorship care.
- Leading or contributing to quality improvement, accreditation, and compliance initiatives.
- Serving as a mentor, resource, and role model to peers and students.
- Supporting clinic operations, patient flow, and staffing needs to ensure efficiency and quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- At least two (2) years of RN experience, including prior oncology experience
- Active Texas RN license or temporary permit; BLS certification

The base pay range for this position is $120,000-$135,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
