Job Description
Enter the role of the Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist, where you will make a positive impact in the recruiting life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities the contractor hiring process by liaising with various divisions to fulfill requests for staffing needs by processing documentation to include updating contractor new hire records
- Processes requests for background screenings
- Oversees approval of badge access and approval of VPN access
- Advises division once the contractor is cleared to begin their work assignment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience in human resources, staffing, or similar field
- Associates/ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution is preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Must be able to pay off any outstanding toll balance

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
