Model Home Attendants / Host / Hostess for New Home Builders
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Location: Reno, Azle, Saginaw, and Surrounding Areas
Summer Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mon-Sat; 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sunday
Winter Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mon-Sat; 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday

If so, this is a wonderful opportunity to work in lovely model homes for new home builders. Assignments are part-time, 1-3 days per week, flexible, close to home, and in a beautiful, stress-free environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome potential home buyers into the model.
- Discover what the homebuyer is looking for in a new home by asking questions and taking notes.
- Provide model and community information.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent customer service.
- Professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs, as necessary.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
