Job Description
As a Mixer Operator, you will operate cooking machinery to produce high quality food products. You will be responsible for preparing large quantities of food in a manufacturing setting, often using specialized equipment, following strict recipes and sanitation guidelines, and ensuring consistent quality in food production. Duties include measuring ingredients, mixing batches, cooking food according to specifications, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret formulas, follow procedures exactly, and document work on batch sheets
- Must be able to learn and operate the PLC Touchscreen for kettles
- Perform sanitation duties including the operation of a Clean-In-Place (CIP) system
- Operate multiple kettles at once
- Operate diaphragm pump
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow schedules and procedures
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
- Previous warehouse/food industry experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
