Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Welder to join our team. This role focuses on performing pressure welds around coils as well as mild steel components and assembling brackets to various size tubing. Candidates must have a proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure precision and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure MIG welding on coil assemblies and mild steel components.
- Assemble brackets and tubing using fixtures and jigs for proper alignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Operate cranes and forklifts safely for material handling.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and document results.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds.
- Familiarity with ASME welding standards is a plus.
- Ability to also TIG weld is a plus!
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $21 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
