Job Description
Team1Medical is partnering with an accredited podiatry clinic seeking a Medical Phone Operator to join their team! As the Medical Phone Operator, you will answer incoming and outbound phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel and department. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone lines (inbound and outbound) and direct messages to appropriate personnel.
- Handle patient messages; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Scan and file documents into the company’s database.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
