Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you'll play a key role in optimizing production processes, enhancing quality, and driving efficiency improvements. You will lead initiatives in product design, troubleshooting production challenges, and recommending equipment upgrades to maintain high manufacturing standards. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, from design to final product, while contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product design improvements to enhance manufacturability and user experience.
- Oversee engineering change processes, ensuring proper documentation and implementation.
- Conduct product testing to ensure safety, functionality, and durability.
- Perform ROI evaluations and post-audit analyses to assess product modifications.
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience with 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for technical drawings and assemblies.
- Strong background in designing for manufacturability and end-user experience.
- Ability to think creatively and drive innovation in product design.
- Excellent communication skills to lead and influence process improvements.
