DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role.
- Intermediate understanding of engineering principles, materials selection, and design practices.
- Proficiency in Solidworks and familiarity with statistical tools such as MiniTab.
- Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis (GD&T).
- Background in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices, is advantageous
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and improvement of hardware and consumable products. This position involves working on various engineering projects, where you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to innovative solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Conduct detailed analysis and develop effective design solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Design and optimize engineering materials and components, focusing on plastics and metals.
- Create and validate test fixtures and methods, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on project direction, making informed decisions to meet project objectives.
- Draft comprehensive design specifications and contribute to design verification activities.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing clear and timely communication on project progress.
