Job Description
The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently moving, loading, and unloading materials within a plant or work site. This role involves operating forklifts, conducting inventory counts, and preparing materials for storage or shipment. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and accurate documentation to support operational efficiency.
The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently moving, loading, and unloading materials within a plant or work site. Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials onto pallets, racks, or vehicles, securing as needed
- Operate industrial trucks or forklifts to move materials to designated areas
- Perform daily cycle counts and document material quantities accurately
- Prepare materials for external services and maintain organized storage areas
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certification required for designated areas
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions and perform basic math
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $35,360 – $39,520 annually, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
