Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing as a Manufacturing Operator, a hands-on role essential to the machining and finishing of metal castings. This position offers fast-paced, day-to-day variety in a team-oriented, shop floor environment. Candidates will perform tasks including grinding, drilling, forklift operation, and machine operations, with opportunities to cross-train and assist in multiple departments. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy physical, active work, this is a great long-term fit.
Responsibilities:
- Operate wheelabrators and vibratory machines to clean castings
- Use hand tools and equipment to sand, debur, grind, drill, and inspect parts
- Drive a forklift for material handling and truck loading/unloading
- Run machining and assembly centers, hydraulic and mechanical trim presses
- Assist in training coworkers in secondary operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing or factory experience required
- Die cast or foundry experience a plus
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in hot or cold environments
- Strong attention to quality and ability to follow work instructions
- Forklift experience is a MUST

The base salary range for this position is $19/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
