Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing and maintenance operations at our Burlington, NC facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure optimal asset utilization, high production standards, and cost-effective processes. You will report directly to the General Manager and be instrumental in achieving business goals and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and direct plant operations to maximize efficiency and ROI
· Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across manpower, equipment, and materials
· Ensure production schedules are met with high-quality output
· Set department goals focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement
· Monitor and control spending in alignment with budget and production levels

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Proven time management and problem-solving abilities
· Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment
· Ability to interpret data and apply figure aptitude in decision-making
· Previous experience in a similar leadership role is preferred
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
