Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Ensure to maintain and continue operation of mechanical systems such as HVAC, boilers, fans, generators, electrical switch gear and AT
Perform general carpentry, painting, flooring, office furniture moves and spot cleaning on a need base
Ensure the safety of employees through basic safety and compliance inspections of the entire building to identify general corrective maintenance as necessary for proper maintenance and operation of various equipment, fixtures, etc. (fire equipment, elevators, and generators).
Monitor conference room furnishings, i.e., inventory chairs, clean whiteboards, check that supplies are adequate and phones, lights, etc. are working
Moderate to heavy lifting, accepting/delivering of packages or mail and hanging pictures
- General pick-up and cleaning of grounds
Qualifications and Requirements:
5-10 years of experience/knowledge of general maintenance methods
- Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate, or professional services industries
- Ability to make sensible, independent decisions with limited supervision
- Dependable, cooperative and displays attention to details

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
