The Reserves Network has partnered with a North Ridgeville, OH company that is looking to add a maintenance technician to their team. This company manufactures a variety of sporting equipment and accessories. The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for operating and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and building systems and equipment. Must perform individual tasks and assist others in general maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment

- Pay of $34 w/ a .75 cent shift differential
- 2nd Shift 3pm-1130pm Monday to Friday. During high school football season Sun-Wed 3pm-1:30am. Will train on first shift for around a month.

Your new role as a maintenance technician:
- Plan, coordinate, and direct maintenance functions on equipment, machinery, tools, and facilities, while maintaining a pollution-free and safe environment.
- Comply with all safety procedures as required by law and ensure departmental conformance to safe working procedures.
- Responsible for the maintenance of and performs repairs and rebuilds mechanical, electrical, and production equipment, including torque and air tool replacement as well as emergency repairs.
- Completes assigned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring, but not limited to, the following skills: Metal fabrication, Welding, Electrical and Mechanical.
- Repairs, Hydraulic Systems, etc.
- Ability to maintain machinery and equipment (i.e., pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, etc.).
- Proven ability to support personnel in performing production equipment repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ability to maintain and repair all building and ground systems, including HVAC, fire alarm, security, and CCTV Systems.
- Inspects and adjusts equipment and systems, perform specific preventative maintenance service and general maintenance functions.
- Processes equipment incident reports.
- Thoroughly and accurately completes reactive and preventive maintenance paperwork.
- Operates and maintains mechanical and electrical systems and equipment that supply the building with heat, power, ventilation, air conditioning, and/or refrigeration, and other environmental systems in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Makes periodic inspection of all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems as established by the facility operational procedures.
- Performs preventative and reductive maintenance on equipment typical to production equipment and assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoots equipment problems.
- Records and reports all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences on standard and approval forms.
What you need as a maintenance technician:
- High school graduate or GED required
- Skilled Trades education from a Joint vocational School or Higher
- Minimum of three to five years skilled maintenance experience required
