Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.50
Location: Auburn, AL
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge to perform maintenance tasks
- Must be able to work on call schedules
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
Qualifications:
- Receive work orders and fulfill specific tasks within indicated timeframe
- Assist in repairs or replacement of wiring and parts for electrical issues
- Assist with installation and maintenance of HAC equipment
- Perform grounds work
- Carpentry, floors and gutters, as well a plumbing and painting
