Job Description
As a Maintenance Tech, you will repair and maintain mechanical devices, machines, and equipment. By troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance you will ensure the successful daily operations of the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain mechanical devices and equipment.
- Perform daily inspections of machinery and correct maintenance issues.
- Maintain equipment through trouble shooting and repairs.
- Follow safety protocols in a cold storage environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED. Skilled maintenance tech with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and plumbing
- Must be trained in SQF 6.6 – Maintenance Program and Maintenance Equipment Schedule.
- Welding and basic fabrication skills are a plus
- Able to work without supervision
