You’ll work side-by-side with experienced operators to help keep production moving—feeding materials, checking product quality, and making sure everything runs smoothly and safely. Responsibilities:
· Help set up machines and prepare materials for each production run
· Load and unload product and stack pallets for the next step in production
· Keep an eye on machines to make sure everything is running properly
· Check finished items for quality and accuracy
· Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
· Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
· Pitch in wherever needed to help the team meet production goals

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred
· Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
· Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for most of your shift
· Great attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Reliable, positive attitude, and team-focused mindset
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
