Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and assisting with production equipment used in the manufacturing of paperboard packaging. You’ll set up machines, monitor performance, perform quality checks, and ensure that all products meet company and customer standards. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

· Set up, operate, and adjust machines including die cutters, folder/gluers, and presses
· Read and interpret production orders and job specifications
· Monitor equipment operation to ensure product quality and consistency
· Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools
· Complete accurate production records and maintain organized work areas
· Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating machines
· Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

· 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
