Job Description
Responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling freight shipments to ensure timely deliveries and maximize asset utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective transportation plans
- Optimize truck and trailer utilization
- Collaborate with drivers and operations staff to ensure execution on plans
- Provide timely reporting and analysis to support business decision making
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in load planning or transportation
- Strong understanding of routing, scheduling, and asset management
- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborate environment

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
