Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position offers an opportunity for growth, where the ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager, Mark Ciavaglia, to support daily office functions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong communication, managing tasks independently, and demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization skills. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and a self-sufficient work ethic are key for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Office products for daily tasks and communication
- Maintain an organized work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all written communication and tasks
- Manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Previous tax law experience is a plus
