As a leasing agent you will be responsible for assisting in all on-site operations, implementation of effective leasing and marketing practices with prospective residents, and management of incumbent residents. What you will do:
- Works directly with the Property Manager to manage on-site property operations.
- Responsible for all aspects of leasing and marketing to prospective residents.
- Builds and maintains resident relations.
- Generates renewal, leasing, and other reports to Property Manager.
- Reviews and maintains all property marketing materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of leasing experience with strong leasing experience.
- Must have excellent customer service etiquette, as well as strong marketing and administrative skills.
- Dependability and reliability is a must.
- Must have personal reliable transportation on site daily for any necessary administrative errands.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
