Lead Welder
Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $25-$32/ hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Location: Dallas, TX
Customized electrical enclosure manufacturing company in the Dallas, TX area is looking for an experienced Lead Welder to join their team.
As a Member of This Team:
- Enforce policies and procedures according to corporate handbook.
- Lead the activities of employees engages in the production or processing of goods such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators.
- Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
- Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other reports to determine production requirements.
- Conduct employee training in equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
You Will Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in TIG welding in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have considerable knowledge of principles and practices of TIG welding and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with leading a team.
