Landscape Architecture Manager
Pay Rate: $120,000 + 25% bonus
Location: Houston, TX
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Landscape Architect Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the third parties responsible for the landscaping, amenities, naming, and branding for our residential projects. Additionally, this manager will work with other members of the Land team to learn about the Acquisition and Development side of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Select landscape architecture companies for our projects.
- Develop and present community name and branding by utilizing outside consultants.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture required.
- Requires at least 4 years of relevant landscape architecture experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, correspondence, blueprints, construction plans, plats, and development plans. Ability to write correspondence and reports. Ability to manage and forecast the progress and performance of one or more projects.
- Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
