Key Account Manager
Your New Organization:
The Reserves Network has partnered with a leading global provider in manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Your Experience as the Key Account Manager:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams is required.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-high school education and previous customer service experience preferred.
Your New Role as the Key Account Manager:
- Oversee large orders exceeding $50,000 from initiation to completion.
- Manage key accounts, starting with our most significant global client.
- Enter and manage all orders, create parts quotes, and communicate with all internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Solve problems, manage complaints, and document all communication in our CRM system.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
What Matters Most as the Key Services Account Manager:
- Salary range: $55,000-$65,000 DOE plus 5% bonus
- Full benefits package includes health, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation/personal time and holidays, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.
