Job Description
As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to a boutique law firm, while also serving as backup receptionist. This multi-functional role includes office supply management, document handling, hospitality support, and coordination of daily office logistics. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a professional office setting, this could be your next long-term role.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as backup receptionist during lunch breaks or absences
• Maintain inventory and order all office, kitchen, and conference room supplies
• Pick up, sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Set up and clean up catered meetings and ensure breakroom and conference areas are stocked
• Scan and index legal documents

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move office supplies and cases of beverages
