Responsibilities:
Perform regular custodial duties around the property.
Keep common areas clean, vacuum mopped & dusted
Picking up trash around dumpsters & property
Landscaping, trimming, pruning, watering
Assist in preparation of make-ready units
Operate a blower, floor cleaner, carpet cleaner
Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience or equivalent experience
General knowledge in various skills, construction, drywall etc
Valid drivers license
Pool experience, chemicals and basic care
