Job Description
Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for an exciting opportunity? This role involves working in a cold storage environment to support warehouse operations by safely moving and storing goods. You will also be responsible for moving containers in the yard with a jockey truck.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory by scanning and tracking materials.
- Follow safety protocols in a cold storage environment.
- Operate a jockey truck.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous forklift operating experience required (certification preferred).
- Ability to work in cold storage conditions for extended periods.
- Jockey Truck experience-minimum 2 years
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long durations.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the stated schedule.
