Job Description
A Houston-based manufacturing company is seeking a senior JDE Developer Analyst to lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 development and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) initiatives. This full-time role focuses on building cloud-integrated solutions, custom applications, and system integrations across core business functions, offering a $120K–$125K base salary plus bonus and a remote work arrangement within the continental U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead development using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2, Oracle VBCS, Orchestrator, REST, and JSON
- Design and build custom applications, extensions, and integrations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders
- Develop and support custom reports, tables, business functions, and applications
- Integrate JD Edwards with third-party systems and internal platforms
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to process and system improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
- 10+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development experience
- Proven experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) and JDE AIS integrations
- 2–4 full-cycle implementations using Orchestrator and Groovy
- Strong proficiency in Java, C, and relational database design
- Deep knowledge of JDE APIs, UBEs, BSSVs, NERs, and BI Publisher
- Experience integrating third-party systems and leading cross-functional technical projects
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
