Inventory Cycle Counter Duties:
- Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Utilize various tools and systems to perform inventory counts, such as handheld scanners or computer software
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by performing root cause analysis
- Collaborate with management and other teams to implement corrective actions and improve inventory control processes
- Maintain accurate records of inventory counts, adjustments, and variances
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, trends, and variances to management
Inventory Cycle Counter Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, or retail management is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory control (e.g., Nielsen, MRP systems)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of analytics tools for data analysis is a plus
