Job Description
The Inside Sales Manager will lead and optimize the inside sales operations. This role is a great fit for a leader with strong analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing incoming sales, managing a quoting system, and using analytics to drive team performance. Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales professionals, ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Manage and optimize the quoting system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize analytics to track and improve team performance.
- Monitor incoming sales inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Handle escalations and customer concerns to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and process efficiencies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Occasional travel (≤10%) for training, trade shows, or customer visits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in an inside sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage reports, and drive strategic improvements.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
