Job Description
Join a leading engineering firm in Beacon Hills as an Inside Sales Representative. In this key role, you'll support revenue growth by managing client relationships, generating quotes, and coordinating with technical teams. You will play a vital role in the sales process, from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads
- Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify new opportunities
- Prepare and issue quotes and proposals in coordination with engineering staff
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Excel
- Technical or engineering sales experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

The base salary range for this position is $72,800–$76,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
