Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Painter for a temp to hire position with a growing company known for its commitment to excellence and quality service in the Sugar Land area. Responsibilities:
- Set up spraying equipment, and control vision systems for paint booth operations
- Record daily operating procedures and communicate daily production requirements
- Prepare paint spray equipment for daily production runs
- Experience using pressure pot and spray guns
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have prior industrial experience
- Must have prior experience using pressure pots and spray guns
- Must be able to lift up to 60Ibs
- Must be able to pass preemployment screenings

The base hourly range for this position is $16 – $22 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
