Job Description:
Play a critical role in keeping the machines operating for this leading manufacturer of foam-based materials for consumers and businesses at their facility focused on recycled materials in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Repairs on all machinery and mechanical equipment
- Preventative maintenance on all machinery and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot production issues to eliminate production downtime
- Assist in maintaining facility
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- 2+ years of maintence experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must provide your own hand tools
- Must have a strong knowledge of troubleshooting on electrical pneumatic, plumbing & hydraulics
- Boiler and air compressor knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, plumbing and electrical schematics
- Experience troubleshooting control circuits, wire 480 Volt Motors and equipment, PLC, drive and other various hardware.
- Must be able to work in a hot and fast-paced environment
- Basic Reading/Math skills
- Has own reliable transportation and does not rely on someone else to get to work
- Can communicate clearly and effectively in English
