Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a strong grasp of spelling and grammar, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. This role requires accuracy and efficiency in entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter alphanumeric data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Perform regular data verification and clean-up to maintain database integrity
- Review and correct data entry errors before submission
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Must be able to pass the test with 80% accuracy and can type a minimum of 35 WPM

- Strong basic spelling and grammar skills
- Typing speed with strong accuracy
- Familiarity with alpha-numeric data entry and general typing tests
