Job Description
As an Inbound Manager you will lead overall operational activities pertaining to the Receiving Department. You will ensure material is verified, received, and stocked. If you have a passion for precision and innovation, apply today to take the next step in your career.
Responsibilities:
- Manages daily operational reports to identify workload and utilize overtime as needed.
- Coordinates with Sales on any request, priority levels, and any issues that may arise.
- Coordinates with Sales/Imports on inbound shipments (flatbeds, motor freight, hot shots, etc.).
- Coordinates with Quality Control on material discrepancies and non-conforming material.
- Effectively trains personnel on company processes and procedures, submits training records, and identifies areas that need additional training.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Speak and read English. Bilingual preferred
- Ability to read and understand charts and tables
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to operate various equipment (industrial forklifts, over cranes, etc.)
- 3+ years of pipes, valves, and fittings experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
