Job Description:
A leading Houston-based employer is seeking an HR Systems Coordinator to join their corporate HR team. This role plays a key part in managing employee data, coordinating payroll and benefits changes, and supporting system-based HR processes. You’ll be the go-to person for updates in HRIS platforms, data audits, and reporting—working closely with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain employee records in UltiPro (UKG), including promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
- Manage employee data changes in HireRight (I-9 verification) and Cornerstone (performance system).
- Audit and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms based on the payroll calendar.
- Generate standard reports from BI Cognos and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Train and support employees and managers on UltiPro and timekeeping systems.
- Maintain clear and current documentation and user guides.
- Assist with HR projects including employee feedback collection and annual review tracking.
- Provide general HR coordination support as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of HR coordination or related experience
- Prior experience in mid-size to large, matrixed organizations is a plus
- Familiarity with UltiPro/UKG, iCIMS, and Cornerstone preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple systems and tasks independently

The base pay range for this position is $27.88–$29.80 per hour. Final compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Offers at the top of the range are rare to allow for growth.
