The HR Operations & Strategy Leader will lead HR operations across the United States and Canada for a global financial services organization. This key leadership role manages a talented team supporting payroll, benefits, HR systems, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives on building efficient processes and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an HR operations team across North America
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administration functions while ensuring compliance
- Partner with global HR leadership to streamline workflows and optimize HR systems
- Use HR data and analytics to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Represent the N.A. region as part of the Global HR Operations Leadership Team
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of HR operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits and payroll processes
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors

Base Salary Range is $120,000–$130000 (excluding bonus and benefits). Final offer depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
