Job Description
A national golf management organization is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at their corporate headquarters in Lincoln. This position plays a key role in front desk responsibilities, employee support services, and HR process assistance. Ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with rewarding challenges and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors, answer and route calls, and maintain a professional front office
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain clean and welcoming reception and meeting areas
- Assist HR team with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance tasks
- Maintain confidential employee records and electronic I-9/eVerify systems
- Reconcile benefit billing with payroll deductions and assist with audits and reports
- Post updates on company intranet and employee portals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 12 months of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability.
- Courteous and professional phone demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Professional phone and in-person communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, and internet tools
- Experience with standard office equipment and 10-key calculators
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects with interruptions and confidentiality

The base pay range for this position is $35,360–$41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
