We are hiring a Help Desk Support Analyst I to provide first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues across a range of devices and applications. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while troubleshooting and resolving IT problems remotely or over the phone. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to technical support requests, diagnosing and resolving issues related to PCs, mobile devices, Office 365, VPN, printers, and enterprise applications.
- Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Apply IT security policies and manage user access to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in IT projects to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma plus 2 years of service desk experience; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with remote support tools, incident management systems, and common business software (e.g., Office 365, Citrix).
- Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and customer service skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification, ITIL knowledge, and familiarity with ServiceNow are advantageous; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable internet for hybrid work.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $18 – $22.50 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, c location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
