Job Description
Join a growing finishing department and become a success story! In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll polish, grind, and finish stainless steel products to meet high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual with previous grinding or finishing experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Grind, sand, and polish stainless products
- Correct surface defects and prepare materials for finishing
- Identify cracks and splits for repair
- Polish and grind materials according to specifications
- Load and remove workpieces from worktables
- Clean and maintain equipment and workspaces
- Perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience with grinding and finishing in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read BOMs, routers, and follow assembly documentation
- Comfortable working with tools and handling heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to complete pre-employment screening
