Job Description
Join a dedicated and growing team, where you’ll be an essential part of the production process in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you’ll assist with material processing, ensure product quality, and support the movement of parts through various stages of production and shipping. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with material processing and equipment operation based on instructions
- Maintain product quality by following standard work procedures and tolerances
- Prepare, box, and stage parts for shipping or next-stage processing
- Accurately complete production paperwork and inspection documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with preventive maintenance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and shop orders
- Comfortable using measuring tools like scales and gauges
- Mechanical ability
