DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- 5+ years of experience in facility management within a corporate or service provider setting.
- OSHA certification
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams).
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility, ensuring optimal use of space and resources. This role involves strategic planning, managing service contracts, and maintaining safety standards while ensuring all facility-related needs are met within budget and timeline constraints.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, space planning, and security protocols.
- Plan and manage facility upgrades and relocations, ensuring cost efficiency and timely execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors for service contracts and ensure quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including ADA and OSHA.
- Address facility-related concerns promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
