Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of a leading food manufacturer when you become a Facility Maintenance Tech for Roger Wood Foods in Garden City, GA.
As a Facility Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the outside area of the warehouse, repair and maintain some machines and equipment. By troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance you will ensure the successful daily operations of the plant. Your New Role:
As a Facility Maintenance Tech, you will have a big impact on overseeing the repairs and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment. You'll observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. You will repair or replace defective parts and adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. You will lubricate and clean parts as well as trouble shoot hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic parts.
What You Need:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience is required
- Able to work inside and outside-extreme temperature differences
- Must be able to obtain certification or Authorized in LOTO
