Job Description
As a Facility Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for daily and weekly cleaning tasks throughout the facility including restrooms, machines, and common areas. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining a professional and welcoming workspace. You’ll also monitor supplies and support general maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean restrooms, break areas, floors, vents, and equipment
- Refill and order cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
- Address spills or hazards promptly to ensure safety
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Communicate facility issues or shortages clearly and timely
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards

The base salary range for this position is $17-$18/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
