Job Description
As an Equipment Operator II, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow. This role involves performing machine start-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain efficiency, product quality, and safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and adherence to protocols are critical.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Perform Level I preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting
- Support changeovers, line clearances, and inventory system transactions
- Pull test samples for quality inspection and handle non-conforming products
- Maintain 5S standards and update hourly production boards with efficiency metrics
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and mechanical troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 80 lbs.

The base pay range for this position is $22.00/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
