Job Description
Join a hands-on technical team responsible for diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and testing industrial electronic control equipment. This role involves managing repair orders from intake through final delivery, troubleshooting at the component level, and working closely with engineering and customers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, and is comfortable with both independent work and collaboration. A natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and a high regard for safety and quality will thrive in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair control equipment, including fault-finding to the board and component level
• Manage customer repair orders from quote generation to final closeout and dispatch
• Perform assembly, disassembly, testing, preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic products
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and update the repairs database for analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with engineers and provide feedback to improve design and failure response

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and testing
• High school diploma required; technical college or trade school preferred
• Proficient in component-level diagnosis and use of test equipment
• Computer literacy required (Excel, Word, Document/Quality Management Systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality and safety
• High school diploma required; technical college or trade school preferred
• Proficient in component-level diagnosis and use of test equipment
• Computer literacy required (Excel, Word, Document/Quality Management Systems)

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $85,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
