Job Description
A well-established global technology leader is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a talented team developing high-performance industrial machinery. In this role, you’ll manage local electrical engineering resources, coordinate global collaboration with teams across multiple continents, and drive innovation in advanced manufacturing technologies. This position offers the chance to work on high-impact projects shaping the future of Industry 4.0.
Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a local electrical engineering team of 2–4 engineers
• Allocate resources and oversee both new product development and sustaining activities
• Collaborate globally with R&D teams to harmonize best practices
• Ensure project delivery aligned with budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation initiatives
• Oversee electrical design, cabling, power electronics, and compliance for complex equipment

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or related Engineering discipline
• Working Manager with 10+ years of experience in electrical systems design (FPGA) and integration within manufacturing
• Proven leadership and project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
