Job Description
The Director of Finance will manage three senior analysts, fostering collaboration while providing FP&A and accounting support for global Aftermarket operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and strategic planning. They will partner with operations to analyze performance, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance while supporting audits and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide FP&A and accounting support for global Aftermarket facilities, managing a team of analysts to assist various regions.
- Partner with operations to deliver reporting, strategic support, and technical assistance, while leading month-end close processes.
- Present monthly/quarterly results, analyze actuals vs. forecasts, and collaborate on annual planning and forecast adjustments.
- Support audits, drive process improvements, and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of FP&A or accounting experience, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, US GAAP, and preferably Hyperion/Oracle, with a focus on process automation.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and able to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
