Job Description
- Serves as the Quality Core Team Lead for New Product Development initiatives.
- Provides expert guidance on Design Control, Quality Systems, and Quality Engineering principles.
- Supports design plans, inputs/outputs, verification, validation, transfer, phase reviews, and scale-up strategies.
- Applies deep knowledge of quality engineering to influence product development and lifecycle management.
- Represents Quality in product support, sustaining activities, post-market efforts, CAPAs, audits, and complaints.
- Resolves complex engineering issues through detailed analysis of data and variable factors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5 years of quality experience in the medical device industry (Class III)
- 3 years in new product design
- ASQ (e.g., CQE, CMQ/OE, etc.) and Lean and Six Sigma certification are highly preferred.
